At Practical Sense Labs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of Bunker Ledger. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may request a refund for paid plans.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All paid plans for Bunker Ledger come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. No questions asked.
3. EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
3.1 Digital Content Exception
For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (such as downloadable software), you acknowledge that:
- You may be asked to give your express consent to begin the download or access to the digital content before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
- By giving such consent, you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun or access has been granted.
- If you do not give express consent, the digital content will not be delivered until the withdrawal period has expired.
This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. You will always be clearly informed and asked for your explicit agreement before any waiver of the withdrawal right takes effect.
4. Free Trial
If you are using a free trial of Bunker Ledger, no payment is required and therefore no refund is applicable. You may cancel your free trial at any time without any financial obligation.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you may use either of the following methods:
- Email: Send your refund request to support@practicalsense.dev. Please include your order number or the email address used during purchase.
- Stripe: You may also manage your subscription and request a refund directly through the Stripe customer portal linked in your purchase confirmation email.
Please provide the following information with your request:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your purchase
- Your order number or Stripe receipt ID
- The date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but helpful for us to improve)
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days from the date your request is confirmed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
7. License Deactivation
Upon approval of a refund:
- Your Bunker Ledger license key will be deactivated.
- You will lose access to paid features associated with your plan.
- Any data stored locally on your device will remain accessible, but premium features will no longer function.
You are welcome to repurchase a license at any time in the future.
8. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle, but no prorated refund will be issued for the remaining time.
9. Exceptions
Refund requests may be declined in the following circumstances:
- The request is made more than 14 days after the original purchase date.
- There is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
- Multiple refund requests from the same account suggest misuse of the refund policy.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Any purchases made before a policy change will be subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
