Yes. Bunker Ledger comes with a 14-day free trial that unlocks every feature, including SensAI, the interactive dashboard, multi-currency support, and all asset classes. No credit card is required. After 14 days, you can subscribe to continue using the application.

Bunker Ledger is available for Windows (10 / 11, 64-bit) and macOS (10.15 Catalina or newer, Intel and Apple Silicon). A Linux build is on the roadmap but not yet released. Both Windows and macOS installers are signed and downloadable from our download page.

SensAI is Bunker Ledger's embedded AI financial advisor. Powered by Anthropic's Claude, it lets you ask questions about your portfolio, research stocks, execute trades, and get value-investing insights — all through natural language conversation. SensAI is included with every paid plan — no separate API key, no external setup, no metered usage. Queries are proxied through our secure backend so your data and questions never leave the conversation.

Bunker Ledger supports 21 asset classes including: stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrency, mutual funds, gold (by weight and purity), real estate, fixed deposits and CDs, recurring deposits, bonds and treasuries, checking and savings accounts, retirement accounts (PPF, EPF, NPS, Pension/401k/IRA), insurance and ULIP, private equity, foreign cash, and other assets.

Yes. You can paste trades directly from Excel or any spreadsheet. Bunker Ledger automatically parses tab-separated, CSV, and multi-format data. You can also use SensAI's bulk import feature to add hundreds of trades through a simple paste operation.

Yes. Bunker Ledger supports 10 major currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, INR, JPY, HKD, AUD, CAD, SGD, CHF) with automatic forex conversion. You can hold assets denominated in different currencies and see your total portfolio value converted to your preferred base currency in real time.

All your financial data is stored locally in a SQLite database on your machine. There is no cloud sync, no remote servers, and no data centers involved. Your data never leaves your device.

No. We have zero access to your financial data. Bunker Ledger is a desktop application that stores everything locally. We do not collect analytics, usage data, or behavioral metrics. The only information we store on our servers is your email address and license status.

Because SensAI is proxied through our backend, you don't need to enter any third-party API keys into Bunker Ledger at all — eliminating the most common credential-leak risk. Your license key is bound cryptographically (RSA-256) to your device's hardware fingerprint, so even if someone copied your key file they couldn't use it on another machine.

Each license key is cryptographically bound to your device's hardware fingerprint using RSA-256 signing. This means a license key activated on one machine cannot be used on another. This protects both you and us from unauthorized use. If you change your computer, contact support for a license transfer.

Bunker Ledger offers three plans (prices auto-detected based on your location):

• Free Trial — 14 days, all features unlocked, no credit card required.
• Pro Monthly — $15/month USD globally, ₹999/month for India (launch pricing — regular ₹1,499 from September 2026). Auto-renewable, cancel anytime.
• Pro Annual — $150/year USD or ₹9,999/year INR. Saves 17% vs monthly billing.

After subscribing, you will receive an RSA-signed license key instantly via email. Open Bunker Ledger, navigate to the license activation screen, and paste your key. The application will verify and activate it automatically.

No problem. Visit our retrieve activation code page and enter the email you used at checkout. We will resend the code to that inbox. For your security, the code is only sent to the email Stripe captured during your purchase — never to a different address.

Each license is bound to a single machine. If you need to use Bunker Ledger on multiple computers, you will need a separate license for each device. If you replace your computer, contact our support team to transfer your license to the new machine.

If your subscription expires, you get a 7-day grace period during which the app continues to work normally — giving you time to renew without losing functionality.

After the grace period, your access changes to a permanent view-only mode where you can:

• View all your existing trade entries
• See your portfolio value frozen at the date your subscription ended (no live prices)

To add new trades, see current market prices, use SensAI, or generate reports, you need to renew your subscription. Your historical data is never deleted — it remains safely on your device, and renewing at any time restores full access.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. There are no cancellation fees. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major international credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, RuPay), plus regional methods including SEPA Direct Debit, iDEAL, Bancontact, Giropay (Europe), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and Amazon Pay where available. Indian customers can pay in ₹ INR using Indian-issued credit or debit cards — please ensure international transactions are enabled on your card (toggle in your bank's mobile app). UPI support via Razorpay is on the roadmap.

An internet connection is only required for fetching real-time market prices, forex rates, and using SensAI (the AI advisor). You can view your existing portfolio, review historical data, and manage your holdings entirely offline. License validation includes a 7-day offline grace period.

Yes. Bunker Ledger is the only privacy-first wealth tracker that handles both sides of your balance sheet. Track mortgages (linked to the property), auto loans (linked to the vehicle), credit cards, business loans, student loans, personal loans, and margin debt. Your dashboard then shows Net Worth = Assets − Liabilities — the headline number that actually matters, in your chosen currency, with full FX conversion. This is the feature most Indian users tell us no other app gets right.

When a new version is available, Bunker Ledger will notify you within the application. You can then download the latest installer from our download page and run it. The installer will update the application in place without affecting your existing data or settings.
